• In order to get a refund, customers must contact us by email within 14 days of the order date

  • you must be able to show us proof of purchase 

  • All items must be returned as new. Meaning not used, in the original packaging with all parts that came in the box also in their original packaging. eg manuals, chargers, protective covering etc also in there original packaging

  • You are responsible for returning the product and all the cost included 

  •  It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner. E scooter store Ltd will not be held responsible for any damage caused during posting. We suggest using a recorded postal/courier service. 

  • Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment

Faulty goods
  • All products are checked before being shipped. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty or damaged you can return it for a replacement, repair or refund

  • you must contact us by email within two working days of delivery and prove that you received the item faulty

  • If its agreed that the item was received faulty, we will send a pre paid stamp for you to print and return the item or let you keep the damaged item and send out a new one ( Depending on the product)

  • If an item becomes faulty within 14 days of purchase through normal use ( not including consumables), then we will replace the item or issue you a refund. 

  • Consumables include but are not limited to: Wheels, Tyres, Punctures, Cables and Brake pads
